Guarantee and Conditions of Sale

As breeders, we are dedicated to the happiness of our animals and their owners. The intent of this contract is to ensure that our dogs will receive the best homes and appropriate veterinary care.

Buyer agrees to have this animal examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours after possession. Seller guarantees this animal to be free of any and all diseases or defects and in good health. If found unhealthy by said veterinarian within this 48 hours, buyer has the right to return animal for full refund providing the animal has sustained no injury after buyer took possession. The buyer accepts complete responsibility for the health and well being of this animal from date of possession.

Seller guarantees that all shots and deworming are current. The seller further guarantees the parents of this animal to be free of hereditarily caused Hip Dysplasia. The seller guarantees that the animal has received high quality food and extensive socialization.

The buyer agrees that, should he ever decide to part with this dog, the seller will be notified. Should the buyer's situation change in that he can no longer care for this dog, he must notify the seller immediately. The seller will assist in finding a suitable home for it. AT NO TIME will this dog be surrendered to a shelter or humane society. The seller will assist the buyer in placing this dog in a suitable home. The buyer agrees to also notify the breeder of any changes of address during the pet's lifetime.

Seller certifies that all statements made in this contract are true and correct to the best of her knowledge. I have read and understand the guarantees & conditions of sale. I agree to these conditions.
